What it is
QUALASH is an eyelash conditioning serum built around QUA-X Complex, the brand's proprietary formula, applied along the upper lash line once a day, like a liquid eyeliner. It is prostaglandin-free — the ingredient class linked to redness and iris darkening in some other serums.
It is sold direct by the brand in a single 3.5 ml size with a fine felt-tip applicator that meters out roughly the right amount per stroke.
The formula
The formula centers on QUA-X Complex, the brand's proprietary blend, rounded out with panthenol and a botanical extract complex for conditioning and hydration.
Crucially, there is no isopropyl cloprostenate or other prostaglandin analog. That is why the wear was so clean in our panel: no stinging, no redness, and no reports of the darkened eyelid skin that can accompany prostaglandin-based products.

How we tested it
QUALASH went through the same protocol as every serum in the ranking: nightly application by a standing 24-person panel over twelve weeks, with standardised macro photography at weeks 0, 6 and 12 and a weekly tolerability check-in.
Density and length were assessed from the photos by two reviewers scoring blind, and cross-checked against panelist self-reports.
12-week results
By week six, nineteen of twenty-four panelists showed a visible density increase — the highest early-response rate in the entire test. By week twelve the gains had broadened, with the strongest responders reporting fuller lash lines and noticeably less need for mascara.
Tolerability was the real story: zero panelists dropped out for irritation, which no other top-five serum matched.

The verdict
If you can spend at the premium end, QUALASH is the serum to buy. It delivered the fastest, most consistent density gains of anything we tested and did it without a single irritation dropout. The only real drawbacks are the price and direct-only availability — neither of which cost it the top spot.
